How the Vail Pass Shuttle Works
Reserve your spot: Call in to reserve and choose your date and time.
Arrive at Pioneer Sports: Show up early to ensure you have enough time to get fitted.
Ride the shuttle to the top: Enjoy a scenic drive to Vail Pass summit.
Cruise downhill: Coast 14 miles on a paved path back to our Frisco shop.
Return your bike: Drop it off at the shop and then go explore town or grab a bite!

FAQ
All bike rentals come with a helmet, bike lock, and local trail recommendations. We also have optional add-ons like elbow and knee pads, repair kits, and kid trailers available. Our bikes are tuned daily and ready to ride when you are.
Yes! We offer a Damage Waiver for just $5.00 per person, per day. The Damage Waiver covers all repairable damage to the bike and it’s components.
Please note, the Damage Waiver DOES NOT cover frame damage/breakage, loss, theft, or damage caused by negligence, abuse, or improper use of the equipment. Additionally, it does not cover personal injury or medical expenses. You remain responsible for the full retail value of any lost, misplaced, or stolen equipment.

It’s one of the most popular summer activities in Summit County. It is fun, family-friendly, and mostly downhill! Advanced reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.

From our shop, you can hop right onto the Summit County Rec Path a paved trail system that connects Dillon, Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. Whether you’re cruising around Lake Dillon, heading up Vail Pass, or exploring town, there are ride options for every age and ability.
Yes! We offer free customer parking right at the shop, making it easy to pick up your rental and hit the trail. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early during busy hours.
