Our brand new store in Dillon is just a two minute bike ride from the Lake Dillon Recpath. From here, you can make your way around the stunning reservoir until you reach the Snake River. Just follow the Snake River and take in more spectacular views as you pedal to the world famous Keystone Mountain Resort!
Follow the Snake River from Lake Dillon to Keystone
Lake Dillon is half-way from Frisco to Keystone ski resort. Cyclists can rent a bike and ride from here to the mountain resort beside the swift-flowing Snake River on a gentle 300 foot uphill climb. A tour of Keystone brings one first to Lakeside Village, which has kayak and paddleboat rentals, and plenty of window shopping and refreshments.
Further along the ride is the slopeside River Run Village, home of the River Run gondola to the top of Dercum’s Peak. Keystone is the only Colorado ski resort with two high-speed gondolas, both of which run in summer. Ride the River Run gondola and walk to the right for sumptuous views of Lake Dillon and Breckenridge. To the left is the summer tubing hill, Keystone’s newest attraction operating while there’s still snow on the ground. Keystone’s villages are limited to pedestrian and bicycles, so they makes a lovely destination.
Summit County: A Mountain Biker’s Paradise
Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper ski resorts all have chairlift access to numerous mountain biking trails. Rock gardens, drops and high-speed features are best for the advanced technical rider, and those with less experience can enjoy roller coaster rides over bridges and berms without steepness or rock gardens.
Whether on fat tires or thin, single-track, paved trail or anything in-between, pedaling about in the towns and resorts of Summit County is hard to beat.

Say you fancy yourself a more adventurous rider and want to explore Colorado’s world famous single-track. For these folks, we provide brand new, full suspension mountain bikes. Last but not least, we carry plenty of road bikes. This is for those who want a classic high country road biking experience.
And what’s more, Pioneer Sports ensures that you are riding on the newest, safest, and best performing bicycles possible! We do this by acquiring brand new bikes every year. This allows us to cycle out old gear, and to make sure all of our equipment is in excellent working condition.

About Our E-Bikes
Electric Bikes are a great way to enjoy the outdoors more efficiently. Class 1 E-Bikes are pedal assist up to 20 mph. What does that mean?
