EARLY RETURN POLICY
Unused rental days will be refunded in full only if equipment is returned by the close of business the prior rental day. No same day rental refunds.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to receive a full refund you must notify Pioneer Sports at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations between 72 and 24 hours will be subject to a 25% charge. No refunds with less than 24 hours notice.
NO SHOW POLICY
No shows will forfeit the entire amount of their reservation.

Vail has it all. Regardless of what terrain you might like best, Vail has it and probably in multiples. Vail has the most terrain of any resort in the U.S. at 5,289 acres and is second only to Whistler-Blackcomb in all of North America. Vail grooms 20 hours a day, seven days a week. The front side of the mountain has terrain for everyone, including different steepness for beginner runs, but it?s the back bowls that deservedly get all the attention. They defy conventional explanation and until you view them in person, you may not realize just how big they truly are. But Killington, a large and premier resort on the east coast, is a third the size of just the bowls at Vail. It is not uncommon to see 20+ snow groomers laying down a track of corduroy the width of a five-lane highway. It is like no place on Earth. Reserve your Vail snowboard rentals today!
Vail offers three terrain parks to help advance everyones abilities. Finish Flight School then graduate from Aviator to Fly Zone. Enjoy a 450' Superpipe, kink and straight rails, boxes (C box), 24' disco box, a battleship, water tank jib, and the new wall ride. Step down jumps of 30', 40' and 50' are near the new Superdome. Below the Superpipe are small to medium jumps great for practicing tricks, a line of box top rails and short steel rails and a 13' mini pipe.

**Optional Equipment Breakage Waiver $1.50/per day: Equipment Breakage Waiver protects you from liability for breakage of our equipment while renting. This does not cover damage to the equipment caused by neglect or abuse. You are still responsible for the FULL retail value of any lost, misplaced, stolen equipment or damage as the result of negligence.
For adult and junior riders we offer boards from Rossignol, Burton and K2, with boots from Vans and Burton. Our boards are equipped with Burton Strap Bindings. We also stock wide boards for larger feet and more float.
