EARLY RETURN POLICY
Unused rental days will be refunded in full only if equipment is returned by the close of business the prior rental day. No same day rental refunds.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to receive a full refund you must notify Pioneer Sports at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations between 72 and 24 hours will be subject to a 25% charge. No refunds with less than 24 hours notice.
NO SHOW POLICY
No shows will forfeit the entire amount of their reservation.

Loveland gives skiers a taste of the backcountry inbounds. There are lifts here that take you to the top of the Continental Divide, through open fields of snow and down tree runs that are of perfect pitch and spacing. Beginners will enjoy the entirely separate hill for them and experts can get lost in the bowls and chutes above the Eisenhower Tunnel. When shopping for your snow gear at Pioneer Sports pick up a facemask before heading ourt to Loveland. Loveland is a privately owned ski hill and one of the first areas to open this season. No hotels or condos line the base. This is a skier's ski hill with a few small food shops, a ski shop and cheap lift tickets. There are no high speed gondolas or 6-man chairs here but there is a down to Earth ski experience that mega resorts don't have. If your idea of a great day of skiing ends with sitting around a campfire in your ski boots and taking about the day, Loveland is your place.

This does not cover damage to the equipment caused by neglect or abuse. You are still responsible for the FULL retail value of any lost, misplaced, stolen equipment or damage as the result of negligence.
