EARLY RETURN POLICY
Unused rental days will be refunded in full only if equipment is returned by the close of business the prior rental day. No same day rental refunds.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to receive a full refund you must notify Pioneer Sports at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations between 72 and 24 hours will be subject to a 25% charge. No refunds with less than 24 hours notice.
NO SHOW POLICY
No shows will forfeit the entire amount of their reservation.

Keystone started allowing snowboarders to ride in 1997. Although this was far behind other resorts, Keystone has been making up for lost time. The area itself is a riders paradise, with three mountains, fast lifts and A51- a dedicated lift for park and pipe enthusiasts. Keystone has 19 lifts servicing 121 runs, and that number is growing. Because of Keystones aspect to the sun, half the runs are shaded while the other half are not which allows a savvy rider to always be able to find good snow. The Keystone Ski and Ride school is excellent and has instructors from over the world, good rates and flexible schedules and the Outback has a ski CAT that can be taken to open bowl skiing back country style but it is Area 51 that sets Keystone apart. This park has 51 boxes and rails for your snowboarding fun as well as a mammoth 150 ft long rail, the roller coaster rail and the Flaming BBQ rail (restricted to experts only). For learning the A51 has the Incubator section of smaller rails and features. They pump mood rocketing music through the speakers and there is always a cheering section on the lift clapping at your latest trick or cringing at your biggest wipe outs.
For the free rider, don't miss the Eden that is the Bullet Glades or the calming turns you get going through the old growth forests of the Outback. The runs under the Santiago lift only come in occasionally but on the right day, the South Cat Glades are an endless set of rolling waves through beautifully spaced trees and rock. Fast lifts, great terrain and a lot of it.

**Optional Equipment Breakage Waiver $1.50/per day: Equipment Breakage Waiver protects you from liability for breakage of our equipment while renting. This does not cover damage to the equipment caused by neglect or abuse. You are still responsible for the FULL retail value of any lost, misplaced, stolen equipment or damage as the result of negligence.
For adult and junior riders we offer boards from Rossignol, Burton and K2, with boots from Vans and Burton. Our boards are equipped with Burton Strap Bindings. We also stock wide boards for larger feet and more float.
